Voices of the Sound is a community chorus and a 501(c)(3) non-profit. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you fill out one of our forms — to visit a rehearsal, book the chorus, join our mailing list, or get in touch — we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, and your message.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to add you to our mailing list when you ask, and to manage rehearsal visits and booking requests. Our form submissions are handled through our Chorus Hub, the private tool the chorus uses to stay organized. We do not sell your information or share it outside the chorus.
Spam protection
Some of our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to keep out automated spam. When you use those forms, Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
The website itself
The site is hosted on Netlify. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on it.
Staying in touch, or stepping away
To ask a question, request your information, or be removed from our mailing list, email info@voicesofthesound.org and we'll take care of it.
We may update this page from time to time. The current version is always the one you see here.
